Activate a Tariff with Card or Cash Payment
To charge a player on the spot, open the booking dialog in the Hall section, pick a tariff, and on the payment screen enter the amount then tap Card or Cash. The session starts immediately after payment is confirmed.
Step 1 — Open the booking dialog
Section titled “Step 1 — Open the booking dialog”In the Hall section, click Book a Session.
Step 2 — Choose a start mode
Section titled “Step 2 — Choose a start mode”Select Play Now to start immediately, or Choose Time to schedule a future slot.
Step 3 — Select a client
Section titled “Step 3 — Select a client”In the Client* field, choose a registered player from the list or select Unknown Guest for a walk-in with no account.
Step 4 — Select a device
Section titled “Step 4 — Select a device”In the Device* field, pick any free PC (shown as available in the Hall grid).
Step 5 — Add a tariff
Section titled “Step 5 — Add a tariff”Click Choose Tariff and Duration. In the Tariffs tab, select the tariff, set the play duration, and click Add.
Step 6 — Proceed to payment
Section titled “Step 6 — Proceed to payment”Click Confirm and Proceed to Payment.
Step 7 — Complete payment
Section titled “Step 7 — Complete payment”On the Order screen, enter an amount in the Enter Amount field — it must be equal to or greater than the order total. Then click Card or Cash to finalize.
Result: the tariff is activated and the session is created on the selected PC.

What happens if the amount I enter is less than the order total?
IZI will not let the payment go through. Enter an amount equal to or greater than the order total shown on the payment screen.
The session did not start after payment — what should I do?
Confirm that the payment status shows as approved, then refresh the Hall view. If the PC still shows as available rather than in-session, recheck the payment and contact support.
Can I mix card and cash for one order?
Split payment across methods is not available in a single order flow. Process the full amount with one method at checkout.
Can I activate a tariff for an unknown guest (no account)?
Yes. In the Client field, select Unknown Guest. The session is created without a registered player profile.
