Connecting CloudPayments to IZI CRM

CloudPayments lets customers top up their game balance by card directly in the IZI mobile app — no cash, no admin involvement.

What you need: a CloudPayments account with an active store and API credentials.

Step 1 — Get credentials from CloudPayments

1. Log in to your CloudPayments dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API.
3. Copy two values:
   • Public ID — public identifier (starts with pk_)
   • API Secret — secret key (starts with sk_)

Caution

API Secret is a confidential key. Do not share it with third parties or store it in plaintext.

Step 2 — Add the integration in IZI

1. In IZI CRM, go to Organization Settings → Integrations.
2. Find the CloudPayments section and click Connect.
3. Paste the Public ID and API Secret from step 1.
4. Click Save.

After saving, IZI verifies the connection with CloudPayments. If credentials are correct — status changes to “Connected”.

Step 3 — Test a payment

Make a test top-up through the IZI mobile app with a minimum amount:

1. Open the app under a test customer account.
2. Go to Balance → Top Up.
3. Select an amount and enter card details.
4. Confirm the transaction completed and the balance was credited.

In CloudPayments, the transaction will appear under Payments for your store.

CloudPayments account requirements

• Store must be activated (not in test mode) for real payments.
• Sole proprietor or LLC — CloudPayments works with legal entities only.
• Store documents verified — status “Active” in the dashboard.

What happens during a payment

Customer → IZI mobile app → CloudPayments → game balance credited

Funds are deposited to the organization’s account according to CloudPayments payout schedule. In IZI, the transaction appears as a top-up with payment type “App” in the shift report.
