Top Up Player Balance in IZI CRM

Topping up a player’s balance records a payment and adds prepaid credit to their gaming account. Open Transactions → Financial Operations → Accept Payment, select the player, enter the amount, choose Cash or Card, and click Top Up — the gaming balance updates instantly and a transaction record appears in the log.

Go to the Transactions section in the left navigation sidebar.

Click Financial Operations and select Accept Payment.

In the Player* field, search for and select the client you are topping up.

Type the deposit amount in the Top-up Amount* field.

Select Card or Cash, then click Top Up. The gaming balance updates immediately and the transaction appears in the list.

Result: the player’s gaming balance is credited and the transaction is visible in the Transactions log.

What is a gaming balance in IZI?

A gaming balance is a prepaid credit linked to a player's account. The player spends it on sessions and goods instead of paying each time at the counter. Topping up records a real payment (cash or card) and increments the balance immediately.

Where do I find the top-up option in IZI CRM?

Go to Transactions in the left sidebar, click Financial Operations, then select Accept Payment. Fill in the player and the amount, choose the payment method, and click Top Up.

Which payment methods are supported for balance top-ups?

IZI supports two methods at the counter: Cash and Card. POS terminal top-ups follow the same flow but are initiated through a linked terminal device.

Can I top up a bonus balance through this same form?

No. The Accept Payment form credits the gaming (real-money) balance only. To add bonus funds use Financial Operations → Top Up Bonus instead.

What happens if I select the wrong player or enter the wrong amount?

Close the dialog before clicking Top Up — no transaction is created until you confirm. If you have already confirmed, use a balance adjustment or contact IZI Technical Support to reverse the entry.
