Top-up by Cash

  1. Open the client card in Clients (search by phone).
  2. Click Top up balance.
  3. Enter the top-up amount.
  4. Select Cash as payment method.
  5. Enter the amount received from the client — CRM shows the change to give back.
  6. Accept the cash, give change if any.
  7. Click Confirm.

The client’s balance updates immediately. The transaction appears in the client’s history and in the shift’s cash total.

Frequently asked questions

Does a cash top-up add to the shift's expected cash total?

Yes. Every cash top-up increases the expected cash in the drawer. It will appear in the shift Z-report under cash revenue.

What if the client gives the wrong amount?

Enter the actual amount received. CRM will show the change to give back if you entered the amount correctly. Don't adjust the top-up amount to match what you want — record what the client actually paid.
