Top-up by Card
Section titled “Top-up by Card”At the cashier (in-person)
Section titled “At the cashier (in-person)”- Open the client card in Clients.
- Click Top up balance.
- Enter the amount.
- Select Card as payment method.
- Process the payment on your card terminal.
- After the terminal confirms payment — click Confirm in CRM.
The balance updates immediately. The transaction is logged as a card top-up.
Via mobile app (self-service)
Section titled “Via mobile app (self-service)”If CloudPayments integration is configured:
- Client opens the IZI app.
- Goes to Top up balance.
- Enters amount and card details.
- Payment processes via CloudPayments.
- Balance updates in real time.
No admin action required for app top-ups.

Which card types are supported?
Depends on your payment terminal integration. IZI integrates with CloudPayments for online card processing via the mobile app. For in-person card payments, any terminal connected to your cashier setup works.
Is the card payment recorded in IZI automatically?
For mobile app top-ups via CloudPayments — yes, automatically. For in-person terminal payments — the admin confirms the payment in CRM after processing it on the terminal.
