Tariffs in IZI CRM
Tariffs in IZI CRM
Section titled “Tariffs in IZI CRM”A tariff in IZI is what a player purchases to start a gaming session. It sets the price of playing time, the zones available for that plan (PC stations, PlayStation seats, VIP areas, and any other distinct spaces defined in your club), the channels and time windows through which it can be purchased, and the rules that govern any unused time remaining at the end of a session. Every pricing plan your club offers — hourly rates, flat-rate night packages, multipass bundles, promotional offers — is created and managed in the Tariffs section of the IZI CRM. Because tariffs control both access to club zones and what appears on the client account, they are the central configuration object that connects pricing, scheduling, and session logic in a single place. Getting tariff configuration right lets front-desk staff sell quickly, lets players self-serve through the app or widget, and gives management full visibility into which plans are driving revenue in analytics.
Every tariff is built from three required blocks: expiration conditions, a sales policy, and a usage policy. Without at least one active sales policy the tariff cannot be purchased. Without at least one usage policy with per-zone prices no session can be started. This separation gives you precise control — for example, the same tariff can be sold only through the front desk on weekdays, but through the mobile app at any time.
Tariff structure
Section titled “Tariff structure”Core fields
Section titled “Core fields”When you click Add in the Tariffs section, you fill in the following fields:
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Tariff name | Shown to staff and in client-facing interfaces |
| Tariff group | Category for organizing tariffs in the list and booking widget |
| Description | Optional details displayed in the tariff card |
| Maximum bonus percentage | Caps the share of the price that can be paid with bonus balance |
A tariff group is required for the tariff to appear in the booking widget or mobile app. Without a group the tariff is created but not surfaced to players. Within a group, tariffs can be reordered by dragging — this controls the display order that players see.
Expiration conditions
Section titled “Expiration conditions”Expiration conditions define when a purchased tariff runs out. You can add multiple conditions; the tariff expires as soon as the first one is met (OR logic). With no conditions set, the tariff never expires.
| Condition type | How it works |
|---|---|
| Time from purchase | Expires N minutes / hours / days after the purchase timestamp |
| Time from first use | The countdown starts on the first session start, not at purchase |
| Total gaming time | Expires after N minutes / hours of actual in-session time have been used |
| Number of uses | Expires after N sessions (1 = single-use, 10 = multipass) |
| Fixed date | Valid until a specific calendar date (that date is not included) |
Combining total gaming time with number of uses is the typical multipass setup: a player can enter up to 10 times but consume no more than 20 hours total.
Remainder policy
Section titled “Remainder policy”The remainder policy controls what happens to unused time when a session is closed before the tariff is exhausted:
- Keep remainder — unused time stays on the tariff and carries forward to the next session.
- Refund to bonus — when the session ends the unused time is converted proportionally and credited to the player’s bonus balance.
- Burn remainder — unused time is discarded.
For a single-use tariff (1 use), Keep remainder is not available — only Refund to bonus or Burn remainder apply.
Sales policy
Section titled “Sales policy”A sales policy defines when and through which channels a tariff can be purchased. One tariff can have multiple sales policies — for different schedules or different sales channels.
If no policy is currently active, the tariff cannot be bought.
Sales policy fields
Section titled “Sales policy fields”| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Schedule | The time window during which the tariff is available for purchase |
| Purchase channels | Where the tariff can be sold: CRM, mobile app, web widget, club card terminal |
Purchase channels
Section titled “Purchase channels”| Channel | Description |
|---|---|
| CRM | Front desk — staff sell the tariff through the CRM interface |
| Mobile app | Player purchases independently through the club’s mobile app |
| Web widget | Purchase through the web interface on the club’s website |
| Club card terminal | Self-service kiosk inside the club |
Usage policy and pricing
Section titled “Usage policy and pricing”A usage policy defines when a session can be started and the price per zone. One tariff can have multiple usage policies — for example, a “Night” tariff with one policy for weekday evenings and another for weekends.
Usage policy fields
Section titled “Usage policy fields”| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Start schedule | Defines when a session can begin under this tariff |
| End schedule (optional) | Allows sessions to finish within a different time window |
| Per-zone prices | Each zone has its own price; price 0 means the tariff is free in that zone |
If a zone is not selected in the usage policy, the tariff is unavailable in that zone. This lets you create a tariff that applies only to PC stations, or only to a VIP area, without duplicating your pricing configuration.
Tariff list and archive
Section titled “Tariff list and archive”In the list, tariffs are grouped by category (tariff group). For each tariff the list shows:
- name and group;
- price range across all zones;
- active purchase channel icons.
Filters let you search by name, group, and purchase channel.
You can archive a tariff to remove it from sale without deleting any data. Switch to the Archive tab to view or restore archived tariffs at any time. IZI uses soft deletion: session history and order records are always preserved, so archiving a tariff never affects past transaction data.

Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”The tariff is created but does not appear in the booking widget. Check that the tariff has been assigned a tariff group, that a sales policy is active with the correct channel and schedule.
I want different prices on weekdays and weekends. Add two usage policies to the same tariff, each with a different schedule and different per-zone prices.
I need a tariff that applies to one zone only. In the usage policy, select only the zone you need — leave the others without a price.
How do I prevent players from buying a tariff through the app? In the sales policy, select only the CRM channel. The mobile app will not show this tariff.
Frequently asked questions
What is a tariff in IZI CRM?
A tariff is what a player purchases to start a session. It defines how much time is available, when and where it can be bought, the price per zone, and what happens to any unused time when the session ends early.
How do I create a tariff in IZI CRM?
Go to the Tariffs section and click Add. Enter a name and optionally assign a tariff group and description. Then add at least one sales policy and one usage policy with per-zone prices. Without an active sales policy the tariff cannot be purchased.
What is a sales policy on a tariff?
A sales policy defines when and through which channels a tariff is available for purchase. You can add multiple policies for different schedules or channels: CRM (front desk), mobile app, web widget, and club card terminal.
What is a usage policy on a tariff?
A usage policy defines when a session can be started using the tariff and at what price per zone. One tariff can have multiple usage policies — for example, different pricing on weekdays versus weekends.
What expiration conditions can I set on a tariff?
Four types are available: time from purchase, time from first use, total gaming time consumed, and number of uses. You can also set a fixed expiration date. If multiple conditions are added, the tariff expires when the first one is met (OR logic).
What is the remainder policy and how does it work?
The remainder policy controls what happens to unused time when a session ends before the tariff is exhausted. Three options: keep remainder (carries over to future sessions), refund to bonus balance (unused time is converted proportionally to bonus credit), or burn remainder (unused time is lost).
What is a tariff group and why does it matter?
A tariff group is a category used to organize tariffs in the list and in client-facing interfaces such as the booking widget and mobile app. A tariff must belong to a group to appear in those surfaces. Tariffs within a group can be reordered by drag-and-drop.
How do I set different prices for different zones?
Inside the usage policy, select the zones you want to enable and enter a price for each. A price of 0 means the tariff is free in that zone. Zones that are not selected are unavailable for that tariff.
Can I limit how much of the price can be paid with bonus balance?
Yes. The Maximum Bonus Percentage field on the tariff limits the share of the price that can be covered by a player's bonus balance.
How do I archive a tariff and can I restore it?
Click the archive icon next to the tariff in the list. Archived tariffs are hidden from sale but their data is not deleted. You can restore a tariff at any time through the Archive tab in the same section.
What purchase channels are available for a tariff?
Channels are the points through which a player can buy a tariff: CRM (front desk), mobile app, web widget, and club card terminal. Each sales policy can include one or more channels.
What is the difference between a start schedule and an end schedule in a usage policy?
The start schedule defines when a session can begin under this tariff. The optional end schedule is an additional window that allows the session to be finished outside the start window — for example, a player can start in the evening and finish late at night.
