CRM: Clients

The Clients section of IZI CRM is the registry of all club players. Each registered client has a profile with balances, session history, and bonus accruals. An administrator opens this section to find a client, register a new player, or review a transaction history.

The section only reflects registered clients — those with an account linked to a phone number. One-time (guest) clients are not shown in the registry, as they have no identifier.
