Register a New Player in IZI
A registered player gets a personal profile in IZI: they can top up their balance, accumulate bonuses, and review their session history. Registration takes under a minute and only requires a name and phone number.
Step 1. Open the Clients section
Section titled “Step 1. Open the Clients section”Go to Clients in the left sidebar. The section lists all existing profiles and gives you the option to create new ones.
Step 2. Click “New Client”
Section titled “Step 2. Click “New Client””Click the + New Client button (also labeled Register Client on some builds) — a creation form opens on the right side of the screen.
Step 3. Enter the player’s name
Section titled “Step 3. Enter the player’s name”Type the First Name (required) and, optionally, the Last Name. The first name is the minimum needed to proceed.
Step 4. Enter contact details
Section titled “Step 4. Enter contact details”Enter the Phone number (required) and, optionally, the Email address.
Step 5. Assign groups and add a note (optional)
Section titled “Step 5. Assign groups and add a note (optional)”Select one or more Groups if you want to classify the player immediately — for example, VIP or Staff. Add a Note for any internal comments visible only to admins. Both fields can be filled in or changed later from the player’s profile page.
Step 6. Save
Section titled “Step 6. Save”Click Create — the player appears in the client list and is immediately available for session booking, balance top-up, and bonus tracking.

Frequently asked questions
What fields are required to register a new player?
First name and phone number are mandatory. Last name, email, groups, and notes are optional.
What happens if a phone number is already in the system?
IZI will reject the duplicate. Search for the existing record in Clients and use that profile instead.
Can I add a player to a group during registration?
Yes — the Groups field lets you assign the player to one or more groups (for example, VIP or staff) at the moment of creation.
Is email required to register a player?
No. Email is optional. Only the player's first name and phone number are required to create the profile.
