Registering a New Client

New client registration takes under 30 seconds at the cashier. The minimum is a phone number — everything else is optional and can be filled in later.

When starting a session and the phone number isn’t found:

  1. Enter the phone number in the search field.
  2. Click Register new client (shown when no match is found).
  3. The phone is pre-filled. Add the name if the client provides it.
  4. Click Save.
  5. The profile is created — proceed immediately to session start.
  1. Go to Clients in the CRM sidebar.
  2. Click Add client.
  3. Fill in:
    • Phone — required
    • Name — optional but useful
    • Birthday — optional (enables birthday bonus)
    • Email — optional
    • Group tags — optional (apply immediately if relevant)
  4. Click Save.

The new client profile is active immediately:

  • Balance shows 0 (top up to start a session)
  • Bonus balance shows 0
  • Session history is empty
  • Any applicable welcome bonus triggers automatically if configured in the bonus engine

Frequently asked questions

Is a name required to register?

No. Phone number is the only required field. Name can be added later.

Can a client register themselves?

Yes, via the IZI mobile app. They enter their phone number, confirm with an SMS code, and their account is ready.

What if the client's phone number already exists?

IZI will find the existing account. You can't create a duplicate profile with the same phone number.

Can I add a client's birthday at registration?

Yes. Birthday is an optional field in the client form. It enables birthday bonus rules if configured in the bonus engine.
