Client Session History
Section titled “Client Session History”The session history in a client’s profile shows every visit — what tariff they used, which device, start and end time, amount paid, and how they paid. It’s the primary reference when resolving disputes, identifying loyal clients, or making upsell decisions.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”- Go to Clients in the CRM sidebar.
- Search for the client (phone, name, or client ID).
- Open the client card.
- Select the Sessions tab.
What’s shown
Section titled “What’s shown”Each session entry shows:
- Date and time (start and end)
- Device and zone
- Tariff name
- Duration (actual vs purchased)
- Amount paid and payment method
- Any discounts applied
Using history for service decisions
Section titled “Using history for service decisions”Dispute resolution — client says they lost time or were charged incorrectly. The history shows the exact session record with timestamps. Combined with the shift report for that date, you can verify what happened.
Loyal client recognition — frequent visitors with long history deserve acknowledgement. History shows visit frequency and total spend at a glance.
Upsell opportunity — a client who consistently buys 1-hour sessions and often extends — is a natural candidate for a multipass or 2-hour tariff suggestion.
Balance and transaction history
Section titled “Balance and transaction history”Session history shows session payments. For the full financial picture (top-ups, bonus accruals, balance corrections) — use the Transactions tab in the same client card.

How far back does the session history go?
IZI retains full session history for as long as the client account exists. There's no automatic archiving or deletion.
Can I filter history by date or tariff?
Yes. In the client card, the session history section supports filtering by date range and tariff type.
Can a client see their own history?
Yes, via the IZI mobile app. The app shows visit history, balance top-ups, and active tariffs.
