Club Finance in IZI

How IZI Finance Works
Section titled “How IZI Finance Works”Each cashier shift in IZI acts as a financial container. When a shift opens, the starting cash balance is recorded. Throughout the shift every payment — gaming time, food and beverage, merchandise — is attached to that shift. When the shift closes, IZI generates a Z-report automatically: total revenue by category, cash vs. non-cash split, and any discrepancies between expected and actual drawer balance.
Expenses entered during the shift (for example, a supply delivery paid from the cash drawer) reduce the closing balance and appear as expense lines in the P&L. This means your end-of-month profit figure is always reconciled against actual cash movements, not just sales data.
For clubs operating in regulated markets, IZI connects directly to a fiscal registrar and sends receipt data to the tax authority in real time. Russian clubs following 54-FZ get automatic OFD transmission without any manual steps.
