CRM: Orders

The Orders section of IZI CRM is a unified journal of all client purchases: tariffs (game time), products (bar, merchandise), and combos. Unlike the Transactions section (financial journal), Orders shows what was actually purchased, not just the money movement.

The section is used to analyze sales by item, find a specific client purchase, and manually process a product sale through the POS.
