The IZI mobile app is the client-facing interface of the platform for club players. Through it, a client registers, tops up their balance, books a PC, views their bonus balance, and orders from the bar without leaving their seat. For the club, the app is a direct communication channel with players via push notifications.

The app reduces POS load: clients top up their balance before arriving at the club, book a specific PC, and arrive with pre-paid time. QR check-in identifies a client in seconds without searching the database.

For club owners, it’s important to understand which app features are available to players — this affects service scenarios at the POS and determines which features need to be explained to new clients during registration.
