IZI Glossary
Section titled “IZI Glossary”This section contains definitions of terms used in IZI CRM, analytics, and day-to-day club operations. Each article briefly explains the concept, how it applies in IZI, and what it affects in club operations.
Terms are divided into groups: analytics metrics (AOV, ARPU, LTV, Retention), operational concepts (session, tariff, shift, zones), technical terms (IZI Boot, Wake-on-LAN, DHCP, VLAN), and role model (owner, administrator, cashier, permissions).

Analytics Metrics
Section titled “Analytics Metrics”- AOV — average check per visit
- ARPU — average revenue per client for a period
- LTV — customer lifetime value
- Retention — what percentage of clients return
- D30 Retention — retention on day 30 after the first visit
- Churn Rate — client churn percentage
- DAU/MAU — daily and monthly active audience
- Cohort — client cohort for behavioral analysis over time
- Conversion Rate — conversion from trial visit to return
- Upsell Rate — share of sales with upsell (multipass, extra time)
- Sessions Per Player — average number of sessions per client
- Visit Frequency — visit frequency
- Hall Utilization — hall occupancy percentage
- Accrual Revenue — revenue on accrual basis (not cash basis)
- Upsell — offering a more expensive or expanded product
Operational Concepts
Section titled “Operational Concepts”- Session — a gaming session: from start to end
- Tariff — a rule for selling game time
- Multipass — a package tariff with a set volume of hours or sessions
- Tariff Schedule — tariff sales schedule
- Tariff Expiration — expiration of a tariff or remainder
- Usage Policy — tariff usage rules
- Refund Policy — policy for handling unused remainder
- Bonus Balance — client’s bonus account
- Club Currency — club’s internal currency
