Definitions of the key terms used throughout this knowledge base. Each entry covers the business meaning for club owners and the practical context for CRM admins.
Account A financial record that tracks a player’s balances. Every player has a Gaming Account and a Bonus Account. IZI keeps both in sync so admins can see the full picture from one screen.
Automation Rule A business-logic rule that fires automatically based on a trigger — for example, awarding bonus credits after a session ends. Rules are configured in the CRM and run without manual intervention.
Balance Funds available to a player for transactions. There are two types: Gaming Balance and Bonus Balance.
Bonus Balance Promotional credits earned by a player through activity. Can be spent on tariffs and products up to a configured maximum percentage. Bonus Balance does not come from real top-up payments.
Bar Order An order for food or drinks placed by a player via the IZI mobile app or at the club counter. Bar orders flow into the same order history as gaming transactions.
Cash Register (Kassa) The club’s point-of-sale till. In IZI it is a ledger account that tracks all cash and non-cash movements within a Shift.
Club A physical gaming venue. A club belongs to an Organization and contains devices, zones, and its own staff users.
Combo A bundled set of products and/or tariffs sold as a single line item at a combined price. Useful for promotions like “1 hour + drink.”
Device A physical gaming PC registered inside a club. Devices belong to a Zone and host Sessions.
Discount A price reduction applied to products or tariffs for specific Player Groups. Discounts are percentage- or fixed-amount-based and are configured per group.
Gaming Balance A player’s primary balance — real money topped up by card or cash. Used to pay for sessions and transactions. Distinct from Bonus Balance.
Player Group A named set of players used for discounts, automation rules, newsletters, and analytics. A player can belong to multiple groups.
Hold A temporary reservation of a PC that marks it as unavailable for bookings. Used for maintenance, cleaning, or other non-gaming purposes.
Order A sales transaction containing products, tariffs, or combos. Every order creates a record that admins can inspect in the order history.
Organization The top-level business entity. An organization can own multiple clubs and shares a single CRM login namespace across all of them.
Product A physical item available for sale: food, drinks, merchandise, or other goods. Products are distinct from Tariffs, which represent gaming time.
Role A permission set assigned to CRM users. Roles control which menu sections and actions each staff member can access.
Screensaver An image or video displayed on a PC that has no active session. Screensavers can be targeted by Zone and scheduled via the CRM.
Session A period of gaming time on a single device. A session can be active, on hold, or finished. Session records store start time, end time, device, tariff used, and player.
Shift The operational period during which all club transactions are recorded. Opening a shift starts the accounting window; closing it finalises cash register totals.
Write-off The removal of an item from warehouse stock due to damage, loss, or expiry. Write-offs are logged in IZI for audit purposes.
Tariff A gaming-time plan. Defines how much time a player receives, expiry conditions, and refund rules. Tariffs are priced per zone and can have group-specific discounts applied. See also tariffs reference.
Transaction A financial record of money movement: top-up, deduction, refund, or adjustment. Every balance change on a player account creates a transaction entry.
User A staff member who works inside the CRM. Not the same as a player. Users are assigned a Role and belong to a club.
Widget A desktop overlay shown on gaming terminals. Used to display banners or informational content during active sessions without interrupting gameplay.
Zone A physical area inside the club that groups devices. Zones drive tariff pricing tiers and screensaver targeting, letting you set different rates for VIP seats versus standard rows.
