App: Balance Top-up

Section titled “App: Balance Top-up”

Players can top up their IZI balance directly from the app using a bank card. No cashier interaction needed.

Player flow

Section titled “Player flow”
  1. Open the IZI app → tap Top up balance
  2. Enter amount
  3. Enter or select a saved card
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Balance updates immediately

The new balance is available for sessions and bar orders right away.

What admins see

Section titled “What admins see”

App top-ups appear in Transactions as:

  • Type: Top-up
  • Payment method: Card (App)
  • No admin listed (self-service)

They count toward the shift’s card revenue total.

Requirements

Section titled “Requirements”
  • CloudPayments integration configured in Settings → Integrations
  • Player has the IZI app installed and account linked
