App: Bar Ordering

With bar ordering enabled, players can browse the bar menu and place orders from their seat in the IZI app. Payment is deducted from their IZI balance automatically — no need to visit the cashier.

Player flow

1. Open IZI app → tap Bar
2. Browse the menu by category
3. Add items to cart
4. Confirm order — IZI balance is charged
5. Wait for staff to prepare and deliver

Staff view

The order appears immediately in Bar → Orders with status New. Staff see:

• Order items
• Player name
• Device / seat (if the player has an active session)
• Time placed

Staff mark it Ready when prepared and Delivered when handed to the player.

Requirements

• Bar ordering enabled: Settings → Bar → Enable app ordering
• Player must have sufficient IZI balance (app orders charge balance, not card)
