Clients in IZI

The Clients section is the unified registry of all players in your club. It stores the history of every visitor: their balances, segment, tags and status. An administrator opens this section to find a client, review their history, adjust a balance, or block an unwanted guest.

IZI distinguishes two client types: registered clients — with an account and phone number — and one-time (guest) clients — without an account, no history is accumulated. Loyalty features, bonuses, and segments are only available for registered clients.

Segments update automatically based on behavior: new, regular, dormant, VIP. This is the foundation for targeted promotions and churn management.
