Loyalty Program for Your Gaming Club
Section titled “Loyalty Program for Your Gaming Club”IZI has no “enable loyalty program” button. Instead it offers a constructor made of three real tools: player groups, automations, and group discounts. Combine them and customers automatically move up tiers based on accumulated hours or spend, receive discounts at the register, and earn enhanced top-up bonuses. You set your own thresholds, tier names, and privileges — no pre-packaged scheme to adapt your club around.
This works for any model: a classic three-tier Bronze/Silver/Gold system, a VIP program for your best customers, student discounts, corporate rates, or enhanced bonuses for regular players — all from the same set of tools.
The Three Building Blocks
Section titled “The Three Building Blocks”Each tool lives in its own CRM section and does a specific job. A loyalty program is always a combination of these.
Player Groups
Section titled “Player Groups”Club → Settings → Player Groups
A group is a label on a customer. One customer can be in multiple groups simultaneously. You create groups with any names: Silver, Gold, VIP, Students, Corporate — IZI does not dictate structure or tier count.
Groups play three roles in a loyalty program: they define tiers, act as conditions in automations (“only if the customer is in the Students group”), and serve as discount targets (“15% discount for Gold members only”).
Automations
Section titled “Automations”Organisation → Marketing → Automation
A rule in the format “event → condition → action”. Fires without administrator involvement.
Available triggers: “Session ended”, “Balance topped up”, “Order paid”, “Group assigned”. Conditions check the customer’s accumulated stats at that club: “Play time (sec)”, “Total spent”, “Session count”, “User groups”. Actions: “Assign group”, “Unassign group”, “Add bonus” (with formula), “Send push”.
Automations are how customers move to the next tier, receive a welcome bonus on their first top-up, and VIP customers automatically earn an enhanced top-up bonus.
Group Discounts
Section titled “Group Discounts”Club → Settings → Discounts
Create a discount rule, set the “Groups” field to the target tier group, and enter the “Percent”. The discount applies at the register automatically — as long as the customer is in that group, the cashier does not need to do anything manually.
Key limitation: percentage only (0–100%). Fixed-amount discounts are not supported through this mechanism.
Honest Limits
Section titled “Honest Limits”Know what the system currently cannot do before you build your program.
Customers cannot see their tier in the mobile app. The app displays gaming and bonus balances only. The tier label and progress to the next tier are visible only to the operator in CRM. Communicate upgrades via push notification from the automation or at the register — the discount applies automatically regardless, and customers will feel it in the price.
No automatic tier demotion for inactivity. Automations are event-driven — session, top-up, purchase, group change. There is no time-based scheduler. Tier decay for inactivity requires manual intervention.
Accumulation is per club, not per network. Play time and spend are tracked per “customer + club” pair. If a customer plays at two of your clubs, their stats do not add up. Loyalty rules must be configured in each club separately.
Discounts are percentage only. A fixed monetary discount is not available through group discount rules.

Where to Start
Section titled “Where to Start”If you are new to loyalty programs, start with the simplest possible setup: one tier, one threshold, one privilege.
Pull the average monthly play time of an active customer from Analytics — call it H hours. Set your first tier threshold at H × 3–5: meaningful enough to feel like an achievement, reachable within a few months of regular visits.
Three steps:
- Create a “Regular” group in Player Groups.
- Set up an automation: trigger “Session ended”, condition “Play time (sec)” ≥ your threshold in seconds, action “Assign group”.
- Create a discount for that group in the Discounts section.
Verify the discount applies on a test customer by manually assigning them to the group and checking the register. Then add more tiers.

अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले सवाल
Does IZI have a built-in loyalty program?
There is no dedicated loyalty program module. The program is assembled from three tools: player groups define tiers and segments, automations handle transitions and bonus accruals, and group discounts apply privileges at the register. The constructor lets you build any scheme that fits your economics.
What are the three building blocks of loyalty in IZI?
Player groups (Club → Settings → Player Groups) — define tiers and segments. Automations (Organisation → Marketing → Automation) — rules for tier transitions, bonus accruals, and notifications. Group discounts (Club → Settings → Discounts) — a percentage discount on tariffs and bar items for a selected group.
How does a customer automatically move to a higher tier?
Via an automation rule: trigger 'Session ended', condition on accumulated play time or total spend, action 'Assign group' for the target tier. IZI tracks cumulative per-club stats — as soon as the threshold is crossed, the group is assigned automatically.
Can customers see their tier in the mobile app?
No. The app shows gaming and bonus balances only — not the tier label or progress toward the next tier. Communicate tier upgrades via push notification from the automation rule or at reception. The discount still applies automatically regardless.
Can I set different discounts for different tiers?
Yes. Create a separate discount rule for each tier group in the Discounts section with the relevant percentage. The discount applies at the register automatically as long as the customer is in that group. Higher tier — higher percentage, via a separate rule per group.
Does accumulation work across the whole club network?
No. Stats are tracked per club. A '50 hours → Gold' rule must be configured in each club — hours at one club do not count toward thresholds at another.
Can the system automatically demote a tier for inactivity?
No. Automations fire on events: session ended, balance top-up, order paid, group assigned. There is no time-based scheduler. Tier demotion for inactivity requires manual action.
How do I set up a welcome bonus for new customers?
Via an automation with trigger 'Balance topped up' and condition 'User groups does not include WelcomeReceived'. Actions: assign the sentinel group (prevents re-firing) + add bonus. On subsequent top-ups the condition fails because the customer is already in the group.
Can I give a higher bonus to students or another segment?
Yes. Create a group, assign customers to it manually, and add a rule: trigger 'Balance topped up', condition 'User groups includes <segment>', action 'Add bonus' with the desired formula. Time-of-day segmentation via automations is not supported.
Can I build loyalty using only bonuses, without discounts?
Yes. The three tools are independent. You can work with automations only: grant different top-up bonus percentages depending on the customer's group. Setting up discounts is optional.
What about customers who already passed thresholds before the rules were created?
Automation rules only fire on new events after creation. Customers who already exceeded a threshold must be manually assigned to the appropriate tier group once at launch — export active customers from Analytics and assign.
Is the discount a percentage only, or can I use a fixed amount?
Percentage only. Group discounts in IZI support only percentage format (0–100%). Fixed-amount discounts are not available through this mechanism.
