Owner Registration in IZI

Published: · Updated: (13 days ago)· IZI Team

To start managing a computer or gaming club through IZI, create a personal account and your first organization — the whole process takes roughly 3–5 minutes. Registration follows four sequential steps: enter your email address, fill in your profile (name, phone, password), confirm your email with a one-time 6-digit code, and create an organization — the logical container that groups your clubs, staff, and settings. Once the organization exists, you land directly in the CRM workspace and can move on to adding your first club. If your email is already registered, IZI automatically offers the login flow (password or one-time code) instead of the registration form, so you never repeat data entry.

Open the IZI personal account page. On the start screen (“Personal Account — IZI”) you will see two things:

  • a country selector;
  • an Email address field followed by a Continue button.

IZI checks whether an account with that email already exists. If no account is found, the registration form opens. If an account exists, the system moves directly to login (password or one-time code) — you will not see the registration form again.

The country you select affects the format of the confirmation code delivery and regional cabinet settings. You can change it later in your profile settings.

On the Create Account screen, complete three fields:

FieldWhat to enterConstraints
NameYour name or the label staff will see in the CRMRequired, cannot be empty
PhoneNumber in international formatMinimum 7 digits, required
PasswordA password of your choice8 to 72 characters

Click Register. IZI creates the account and immediately sends a 6-digit confirmation code to the email you entered.

If the Phone field contains fewer than 7 digits, the form shows a validation error (“Enter a valid phone number”) — correct the value and try again.

On the Confirmation screen, enter the 6-digit code that arrived in your inbox. The hint reads: “We have sent a 6-digit code to your email.”

If the email did not arrive:

  • check the Spam folder;
  • click Resend Code — the button becomes active a few seconds after the previous send, with a countdown timer displayed next to it.

After you enter the correct code, IZI confirms your email, issues an access token, and takes you into the CRM.

Email confirmation is mandatory: without it, login is not possible. The same mechanism handles passwordless login — just request a new code instead of typing a password.

Immediately after your first login, the CRM opens the Organization — Create an organization screen. There is one field: Organization name.

Enter a name — this can be your company name, the name of your club network, or any label that makes sense to you. Click Create.

After creation:

  • IZI automatically adds a support technical account with limited access (this helps resolve issues when you contact support);
  • the system redirects you to the club list for your new organization.

You can create more than one organization — the Create option remains available from the menu. This is useful when you operate multiple legal entities.

With registration complete, the natural next step is to create your first club inside the organization: set a name, address, and basic parameters. After that, configure zones and devices and add your first tariff.

If you plan to work with a team, you can invite staff members and assign roles right after the club is created.

A full checklist of all setup steps is in the Quick Start in 15 Minutes guide.

Can I use one email for multiple organizations? Yes. One account (one email) can own multiple organizations and clubs. Switch between them using the organization selector at the top of the CRM.

What if I forgot my password? Use the one-time code login: enter your email on the start screen, IZI detects the existing account, and offers code-based access — no password required.

Can I change my email after registration? Email changes are available in your profile settings. After changing, you will need to confirm the new address before it takes effect.

Why does IZI ask for a phone number during registration? The phone number is used to identify you within the system and may be needed when you contact support. It is not shared with third parties.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to register in IZI?

An email address, your name, a phone number, and a password of at least 8 characters. No paperwork or upfront payment required — the account is created in a few minutes.

How many steps does registration take?

Four steps: enter your email → fill in your profile details → confirm your email with a 6-digit code → create your organization.

Why do I need to confirm my email?

Email confirmation secures your account and is required to access the CRM. Without a confirmed email it is not possible to log in.

Can I log in to IZI without a password?

Yes. If you already have an account, IZI offers a one-time code login by email — no password needed. A password is only set during initial registration.

What is an organization in IZI?

An organization is the top level of the IZI hierarchy. Clubs, staff members, and settings all live under an organization. One owner can create multiple organizations.

What is the minimum password length?

Passwords must be between 8 and 72 characters.

What should I do if the confirmation code email did not arrive?

Check your Spam folder. If the email is not there, click Resend Code — the button becomes active a few seconds after the previous send.

Can I register multiple clubs under one account?

Yes. After creating your first organization you can add as many clubs as you need. Multiple organizations under one account are also supported.

What happens after I create the organization?

IZI redirects you automatically to the club list for that organization. From there you start the main setup: zones, tariffs, and devices.

How does IZI protect my account?

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Email is verified with a one-time code on every passwordless login. Sessions are tied to the registration region.
