Owner Registration and First Club Setup

This guide walks you through creating your IZI account, setting up your organization, and launching your first club in the system.

Before You Start

Have ready:

• A business email address (will be used for login and notifications)
• Your club name
• The city where the club is located

Step 1 — Create Your Account

1. Go to app.izi.is and click Sign Up
2. Enter your email and create a password (minimum 8 characters, at least one number)
3. Click Create Account

A verification email is sent immediately. Check your inbox — including the spam folder.

Step 2 — Verify Your Email

Open the email from IZI and click the verification link. The link is valid for 24 hours.

If you did not receive the email:

• Check spam / promotions folder
• Wait 2–3 minutes and request a resend on the login page
• Make sure you entered the correct email during signup

Step 3 — Create an Organization

After email verification, IZI prompts you to create an organization — the top-level container for all your clubs.

Fill in:

• Organization name (your company or brand name)
• Country

The organization is used for multi-club management and consolidated analytics. You can change the name later in Settings → Organization.

Step 4 — Create Your First Club

After the organization, IZI walks you through creating the first club:

1. Enter the club name (visible to clients in the IZI app)
2. Select city and timezone
3. Enter the club address

Click Save. Your club is created.

What’s Next

Your club is set up but not yet operational. The next steps:

1. Connect your first device — link a PC or console to IZI
2. Create your first tariff — set pricing for gaming time
3. Invite staff — add administrators who will open and close shifts
4. Open your first shift — start accepting clients
