Switching Between Clubs in IZI CRM

If you have multiple clubs in your organization, CRM shows data for one club at a time. You can switch between them at any point without logging out.

  1. Open the left sidebar in CRM.
  2. At the top find Select Club — it shows the current club name.
  3. Click it — a list of clubs in the organization opens.
  4. Select the club you need.

CRM reloads the interface and shows data for the selected club.

If you have multiple organizations:

  1. In the left panel find Select Organization — above the club list.
  2. Select the organization.
  3. Then select a club within that organization.

When switching clubs, the following update:

  • Hall and device list
  • Tariffs and catalog
  • Shift (current open or shift history)
  • Clients (those who visited this club)
  • Analytics

Your roles and permissions stay the same — they are tied to your account, not to the club.

A club may be missing from the list for two reasons:

  • Your role has not been assigned to that club. Contact the organization owner.
  • The club was deleted or archived.

Frequently asked questions

Can I view data from multiple clubs at the same time?

In standard mode, CRM shows data for the selected club. Combined data across the network is available in the organization's cross-club analytics.

What does a staff member see if they only have access to one club?

If a staff member only has access to one club, the club switcher does not appear — CRM opens directly in their club.

Does switching clubs reset filters and open pages?

Yes. When switching, CRM opens the main screen of the selected club — active filters and open pages are not preserved.
