Top-up via App
Section titled “Top-up via App”Clients top up their balance in the IZI mobile app without visiting the cashier:
- Client opens the IZI app.
- Taps Top up balance in their account section.
- Enters the amount.
- Pays by card (processed via CloudPayments).
- Balance updates in real time.
The transaction appears in CRM in the client’s Transactions tab with type “App top-up” and payment method “Card”. No admin action needed.
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CloudPayments integration must be configured in Settings → Integrations.
- The client must have the IZI app installed and their account linked.

Do I need to do anything in CRM when a client tops up via the app?
No. App top-ups are processed automatically. The balance updates immediately, and the transaction appears in CRM without any admin action.
What payment methods are available in the app?
Bank card (via CloudPayments integration). Additional methods depend on your IZI plan and regional availability.
Is there a minimum top-up amount via app?
Configurable in Settings → Billing. You can set a minimum top-up amount to avoid micro-transactions.
