Switching Between Clubs in IZI CRM

Published: · IZI Team

Switching between clubs is a daily action for a network owner or manager. In IZI it takes a few seconds via the left panel.

Path: left panel → current club name → dropdown list → select the required club.

After selection the interface fully switches to the new club’s context: analytics, rates, devices, Automations — everything shows for the selected club.

SectionBehaviour on switch
AnalyticsNew club’s data, filters preserved
RatesNew club’s rate structure
DevicesNew club’s devices and zones
AutomationsNew club’s rules
ClientsUnified base — same clients for the whole organisation
POS / billingNot affected by CRM switching

For quickly comparing one metric across two clubs:

  • Two browser windows: log into the CRM in two tabs, switch each to a different club
  • Aggregate analytics: Analytics → select “all organisation clubs” — aggregated data without switching

More on aggregate analytics → Network Dashboard.

If you have multiple organisations (different legal entities, different brands) — switching between organisations works similarly: left panel → select organisation.

Frequently asked questions

Does analytics reset when switching clubs?

When switching clubs, all analytics data shows for the new club. Period filters are preserved — convenient for quickly comparing the same metric across different clubs.

Can you view two clubs' data simultaneously?

Simultaneously in one window — no. For simultaneous comparison, use organisation-level aggregate analytics (Analytics → all clubs) or open two browser tabs with different clubs.

Do club admins only see their own club?

Depends on assigned roles. If a staff member only has a role in one club — they only see that club. If in multiple — the switcher shows all accessible clubs.

Does switching clubs affect the POS and billing?

No. POS and billing operate in the context of the club where the client is physically located. Switching in the CRM only changes the management view, not operational processes on a specific machine.
