Warehouse — Overview
The Warehouse section in IZI CRM controls stock levels for every product sold in your club. You have three operations to change quantities — Receipt, Write-off, and Inventory — plus a History log of all past operations. Every operation requires a mandatory Reason/Comment before it can be confirmed.
Receipt
Section titled “Receipt”Use Receipt to record goods arriving at the club — new deliveries or restocked items.
- Find products using the search bar or the category filter.
- Enter the received quantity for each item (the current stock level is shown next to it).
- Add a reason/comment (required).
- Click Confirm Receipt.
Stock balances increase by the quantities you entered.
Write-off
Section titled “Write-off”Use Write-off to remove stock due to damage, loss, expiry, or internal use.
- Find products using the search bar or the category filter.
- Enter the quantity to write off for each item.
- Add a reason/comment (required).
- Click Confirm Write-off.
IZI checks that enough stock is available before confirming. If the entered quantity exceeds the current balance, the operation is blocked.
Inventory
Section titled “Inventory”Use Inventory to reconcile physical shelf counts against the system record.
- Enter the actually counted quantity for every product (all fields are required).
- Add a reason/comment (required).
- Click Confirm Inventory.
Balances are set to the values you entered — increases and decreases are applied automatically. This makes Inventory the right tool after any untracked loss or a periodic full stock count.
Operation History
Section titled “Operation History”Warehouse History shows a chronological log of every past operation. Each record includes:
- Operation type (Receipt, Write-off, Inventory)
- Date and time
- Number of product lines affected
- Comment/reason
- Staff member who performed the operation
- Per-item detail breakdown
Filters available: operation type, date range.
Use the history log to audit discrepancies, verify that a write-off was approved by the right person, or confirm a delivery was recorded correctly.

Section titled “Related Articles”Frequently asked questions
What operations are available in the Warehouse section?
Three stock-changing operations — Receipt, Write-off, and Inventory — plus a History log of every past operation.
Is a reason or comment required for every warehouse operation?
Yes. IZI requires a Reason/Comment field to be filled before you can confirm any Receipt, Write-off, or Inventory operation.
What happens if I enter more units in a Write-off than are currently in stock?
IZI validates available stock before confirming. If the quantity you enter exceeds the current balance, the system blocks confirmation until you correct the amount.
Can Inventory reduce stock as well as increase it?
Yes. After an inventory count you enter the actual physical quantity for every product. IZI applies both upward and downward adjustments automatically to match the real count.
