Frequently asked questions
How often to post on Instagram for a computer club?
Optimally: 4–5 Stories per week + 2–3 feed posts or Reels. Stories require no production — photos of the floor, match results, polls. Reels once a week provide organic reach to new audiences.
Which hashtags should a club use on Instagram?
Three types: geo hashtags (#computerclub[city], #gamingclub[area]), game hashtags (#CS2, #Dota2, #Valorant, #GTA), and general ones (#computerclub, #gaming, #esports). 10–15 per post is enough.
Does the club need a dedicated person for Instagram?
Not at the start. An admin can post 2–3 Stories per day in 5 minutes and one feed post per week in 20 minutes. The templates below speed things up. A dedicated SMM makes sense when the club scales or opens a second location.
When is the best time to publish club posts?
Peak activity for computer club audiences: 17:00–19:00 (after school/work) and 21:00–23:00. Stories — throughout the day. Reels — publish at 16:00–18:00 for maximum reach.
