Combos — Overview

Published: · Updated: (12 days ago)· IZI Team

Combos let you sell a tariff and one or more bar or merchandise products together as a single purchase at a fixed bundle price. A typical setup — for example, 4 hours of gaming time plus an energy drink — appears as one item at checkout: the guest pays once, and IZI activates the session and logs the product sale automatically. The combo detail view shows the sum of individual component prices alongside the bundle price, making the saving immediately clear to both staff and guests.

Combos raise average ticket size without requiring upsell conversations. Because IZI tracks component stock in real time, the bundle never oversells — if any product runs out, the combo goes out of stock automatically.

Each combo is made up of:

  • Tariffs — one or more tariffs with a specified zone and quantity
  • Products — one or more products with a quantity

The detail view displays the total component cost next to the combo price so guests can see the saving at a glance.

A combo’s availability is determined by its least-available component. If any included product reaches zero stock in the warehouse, the entire combo is marked out of stock and removed from sale until stock is replenished. Tariff availability follows normal hall occupancy rules.

Archived combos are hidden from all sales channels and cannot be purchased. Historical order records that referenced the combo are preserved, so past revenue figures remain accurate.

Frequently asked questions

What is a combo in IZI CRM?

A combo is a pre-built bundle that combines one or more tariffs and one or more products (food, drinks, merchandise) into a single line item sold at a fixed price. Guests buy it in one action; the club benefits from a higher average transaction value.

How does availability work for combos?

A combo is only available when every component inside it is available. If any included product runs out of stock in the warehouse, the combo automatically shows as out of stock — you do not need to disable it manually.

Can a combo be time-limited?

Yes. Each combo has optional Start date and End date fields. Outside that window the combo is invisible to sales channels — useful for seasonal or event promotions.

What happens to historical orders when a combo is archived?

Archiving hides the combo from all sales channels so it cannot be purchased again. Historical order data is retained and remains visible in reports.
