Shared Loyalty Program for a Club Network in IZI
A shared loyalty program lets clients accumulate bonuses at any club in the network and spend them at any other. For the client — convenience. For the network owner — an incentive to visit different clubs under the same brand.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”The client database in IZI lives at the organization level. That means:
- One client account for the whole network
- Bonus balance shared across all clubs in the organization
- Client transaction history visible from any club
When an administrator at club A looks up a client — they see the full history across the network, including bonuses earned at club B.
Top-up bonus across the network
Section titled “Top-up bonus across the network”Top-up bonus — clients receive bonus credits on their balance with each top-up above a threshold. In a network it works the same as in a single club, but:
- Rules are configured once at the organization level
- Applied to all clubs automatically
- Clients see their combined bonus balance in the IZI mobile app regardless of which club they topped up at
How to configure the top-up bonus: Top-up Bonus — setup.
Network-wide campaigns
Section titled “Network-wide campaigns”Campaigns (promotions, special offers) can be launched at the organization level — covering all clubs simultaneously. Or at the club level — for that club only.
Scenarios:
- Network promotion: “Double bonuses on weekends” — active at all clubs simultaneously
- Club promotion: discount on late-night tariffs at one specific club only
What clients see in the app
Section titled “What clients see in the app”In the IZI mobile app, clients see:
- Unified bonus balance (total across the network)
- Transaction history with the club where each transaction occurred
- List of network clubs on the map
Loyalty analytics for the network
Section titled “Loyalty analytics for the network”In the organization’s bonuses report (Analytics → Bonuses Report), data is broken down by club:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Earned per club | Where and how many bonuses were issued in the period |
| Spent per club | Where and how many bonuses were redeemed |
| Cross-club flows | Clients who earned at one club and spent at another |
This helps identify which club drives accumulation vs. redemption. If club A accumulates more than it redeems — clients prefer to spend at club B. A signal to look at club A’s catalog or tariff range.

Frequently asked questions
Can bonuses earned at one club be spent at another in the network?
Yes. With the unified loyalty program enabled, a client's bonus balance is shared across the entire organization. Earn at club A, spend at club B — works automatically.
Can each club have its own bonus accrual rules?
Top-up bonus rules are configured at the organization level and apply to all clubs automatically. Club-specific rules are possible through campaigns at the club level.
Does a client need to register separately at each club in the network?
No. The client database is unified at the organization level. A client who registered at one club is already present across the whole network.
How do I see where clients spend their bonuses most?
In the organization's bonuses report, transactions are broken down by club — you can see where bonuses are earned and where they're spent per client.
Can I separate bonuses per club rather than keeping them unified?
With separate organizations per club — databases and bonuses are isolated. If all clubs are in one organization — bonus balance is shared and cannot be split per club.
