Working Hours and Holidays in IZI CRM

Published: · IZI Team

Working hours affect what customers see in the IZI mobile app: club status (open / closed), next opening time, and booking availability.

Where to find: Settings → Club Settings → Working Hours

  1. Go to Settings → Club Settings → Working Hours.
  2. For each day of the week, set:
    • Opening time — when the club opens
    • Closing time — when the club closes
  3. For 24-hour operation — set start to 00:00 and end to 23:59.
  4. Click Save.

To mark a day as a day off:

  1. Uncheck the active toggle in the row for that day of the week.
  2. The club will show as closed on that day every week.

Specific non-working dates (holidays, maintenance breaks) are added separately:

  1. In the Working Hours section, find the Non-Working Days block.
  2. Click Add Date.
  3. Pick a date from the calendar and optionally add a comment (e.g., “New Year”).
  4. Save.

On that date, the club shows as closed regardless of the standard weekly schedule.

The customer opens the IZI mobile app and sees:

  • “Open” — if the current time falls within working hours
  • “Closed, opens at HH:MM” — if the club is closed but has working time later today
  • “Closed” — day off or holiday

Frequently asked questions

Can I set different hours for weekdays and weekends?

Yes. The schedule is configured separately for each day of the week. Set one schedule for Monday–Friday and another for Saturday–Sunday.

What does a customer see when opening the app during non-working hours?

In the IZI mobile app, the club shows as 'Closed' with the next opening time displayed.

Do I need to add holidays manually each year?

Yes. Non-working dates are added manually for specific dates. There is no automatic public holiday calendar sync.

Do working hours affect tariff schedules?

No. Tariff schedules are configured separately in the Tariffs section. Working hours only affect app display and notifications.
