Club Working Hours and Schedule in IZI CRM
The club’s operating schedule is the foundation for correct display in the IZI mobile app and shift planning. Set it before starting operations: this way admins and clients see an accurate timetable.
Where to open: left panel → Settings → Working Hours
Weekly Schedule
Section titled “Weekly Schedule”The base schedule is a repeating weekly template. For each day of the week specify:
- Working / Day Off — toggle whether the day is active.
- Opening and closing time — e.g. 10:00–23:00.
Days marked as days off don’t participate in shift scheduling. Clients in the mobile app will see the club as “closed” on those days.
Typical configurations:
| Mode | Setup |
|---|---|
| Mon–Fri 10:00–22:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–00:00 | Different hours on weekdays and weekends |
| 24/7 no days off | Every day 00:00–23:59 |
| Closed on Mondays | Monday → Day Off |
Save the template — it applies to all weeks unless overridden by an exception.
Date Exceptions
Section titled “Date Exceptions”Exceptions are specific dates that differ from the standard template. Use them for:
- Public holidays — national holidays when the club is closed.
- Reduced hours — e.g. the club operates until 18:00 on certain dates.
- Extended hours — a night event, club open until 03:00.
- Planned closures — renovation, cleaning day, technical work.
To add an exception:
- In the Exceptions section click Add Date.
- Select a date in the calendar.
- Set the status:
- Day Off — club is closed on this day.
- Working with changed hours — specify opening and closing times.
- Save.
An exception overrides the weekly template only for that date. The following week the standard schedule resumes automatically.
Time Zone and Schedule
Section titled “Time Zone and Schedule”The schedule operates in the time zone set in club profile. If the time zone is incorrectly set — opening and closing hours will be offset from actual local time.
Verify the time zone before filling in the schedule, especially if the club is in a different region from your workplace.
Schedule and Shifts
Section titled “Schedule and Shifts”The club schedule does not open or close shifts automatically. Shifts are created and closed manually by the admin in the Shifts section (or via the corresponding button on the CRM main screen).
The schedule affects:
- Display of club status (“open” / “closed”) in the IZI mobile app.
- Reports where working and non-working time is accounted for.
Schedule and Rates
Section titled “Schedule and Rates”Club working hours and rate time slots are separate settings. If you have daytime and night rates with different prices — their schedules are configured separately in the Rates section, not here.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Club Profile — where to set the time zone
- Currency and Locale — currency, date and number formats
Frequently asked questions
Where are club working hours configured in IZI CRM?
Left panel → Settings → Working Hours tab. The weekly schedule and date exceptions are set there.
If the club operates 24/7 — how do you set that up?
For each day of the week, set the hours to 00:00–23:59 (or tick the 'Round the clock' checkbox if available in your version). Days without the 'Working' tick are counted as days off.
What happens if a shift is open but working hours per the schedule have ended?
The CRM doesn't close a shift automatically when working hours end. The schedule affects app display and planning, but an open shift continues until the admin manually closes it.
Can different zones have different schedules?
The schedule is set at the whole-club level. Different hours for individual zones (e.g. the VIP hall opens later) are not supported in basic settings — this needs to be managed operationally.
How do you add a public holiday that's not in the standard schedule?
In the Exceptions section, add a specific date and set its status to 'Day Off'. This overrides the standard weekly schedule for that date.
Are public holidays for different countries applied automatically?
No. IZI does not apply national holidays automatically. Non-working days must be added manually via the Exceptions section.
Does the schedule affect rates? For example, do night rates activate by time?
No. Club schedule and rate schedules are separate settings. For night or daytime rates with different prices, configure time slots in the Rates section, not here.
Can you temporarily close the club for several days (renovation, break)?
Yes. Add each date in the period as an exception with 'Day Off' status, or set a range: from [start date] to [end date]. The standard schedule doesn't apply on those days.
