Batch Actions on Tables in IZI CRM

Batch actions let you select multiple table rows and apply one action to all of them — instead of opening each record individually.

Moving 50 clients to a new group or archiving outdated catalog items one by one would take hours. Batch actions handle it in seconds: check the boxes, choose the action, confirm.

  • Clients — bulk group change, adding a tag, blocking
  • Tariffs / Products — bulk archiving, category change
  • Devices — bulk zone reassignment, restart
  • Staff — bulk role change (where permitted)
  1. Open the table with the target records
  2. Configure filters and search to show only the rows you need
  3. Click the checkbox to the left of a row to select it. Click the checkbox in the table header to select all rows on the page
  4. After selecting rows, a batch action panel appears (usually above or below the table) — choose the action
  5. Confirm the action in the dialog. For destructive operations (deletion) the system will ask for confirmation or require you to click “Yes, delete”

Batch actions save time during routine operations. Examples:

  • Once a quarter, move “dormant” clients (haven’t visited in 90+ days) to a separate group → target them with a special top-up bonus offer
  • Archive all last season’s tariffs in one action
  • After a zone upgrade — reassign devices to the new zone in bulk
  • Batch actions are not available in read-only sections (analytics, shift history) — no checkboxes there
  • Some actions are role-restricted — a lock icon appears next to the button if you lack permission
  • Large selections (1000+ records) may take a few seconds to process — don’t close the tab
  • There is no bulk export via checkboxes — for that use CSV export with the appropriate filters

Frequently asked questions

How do I select all clients on the current page?

Click the checkbox in the table header — it selects all rows on the current page. If data spans multiple pages, a prompt appears offering to select all records in the current query.

Does a batch action apply only to visible rows or to all pages?

By default — only to the rows you checked. If you clicked 'select all from query' — to all records matching the current filters and period.

Can I undo a batch action after applying it?

Depends on the action type. Changing a client group can be undone with another batch action. Deletion is usually irreversible — the system asks for confirmation before proceeding.

Are batch actions available to all staff members?

No, availability depends on role. For example, bulk client deletion is only available to Admin and Owner. A cashier may see the buttons but some actions will be blocked.
