Extending a Session

Adding time to an active session takes a few seconds from the Hall view. The timer updates immediately — no disruption to the player.

Steps

1. In the Hall view, click the device card showing the active session.
2. Select Extend session from the device menu.
3. Choose the extension method:
   • Select a tariff — adds the tariff’s time block to the current session (e.g. add 1 hour)
   • Enter time manually — specify minutes to add (if enabled by the Owner)
4. Confirm the payment: cash, card, bonus balance, or existing balance deduction.
5. The timer updates. The client sees the extended countdown on their screen.

Payment for extensions

Extensions are charged the same way as new sessions — from the client’s balance or paid directly. If paying directly:

• Cash: enter amount received in CRM
• Card: process via the card terminal
• Bonus: deducted from the client’s bonus balance

If the client’s balance is insufficient — top it up first via Manage balance.

Extension vs new session

Extension — adds time to the current session. The PC stays active, no interruption.

New session (after current ends) — the PC goes to screensaver, then a new session starts. Creates a gap; the client has to wait for the restart.

For a client who wants to keep playing without interruption — always use Extend, not End + new start.
