Managing Bookings
Section titled “Managing Bookings”Bookings let clients (or admins) reserve a PC in advance. The reserved PC shows as On hold in the Hall view and is not available to walk-in players during the booking window.
How bookings appear in the Hall view
Section titled “How bookings appear in the Hall view”A booked PC shows a hold indicator with the booking details: client name, start time, duration. The tile is visually distinct from manual holds.
Creating a booking manually
Section titled “Creating a booking manually”- In the Hall view, click a Free device tile.
- Select Create booking.
- Fill in:
- Client (search by phone or name)
- Start date and time
- Duration or tariff
- Confirm. The PC switches to hold status with the booking attached.
Viewing upcoming bookings
Section titled “Viewing upcoming bookings”In the Hall view, the bookings panel (side panel or top bar, depending on layout) shows all upcoming bookings for the current day, ordered by start time.
Each entry shows: device, client name, start time, tariff.
Confirming a booking when the client arrives
Section titled “Confirming a booking when the client arrives”When the client arrives:
- Find their booking in the Hall view or client profile.
- Click Start session on the booking — this converts the booking to an active session.
- The timer starts from the booking’s tariff.
Cancelling a booking
Section titled “Cancelling a booking”Click the booked device tile → Cancel booking. The PC returns to Free status. If a deposit was charged, it returns to the client’s balance automatically.

Can clients book PCs themselves?
Yes, via the IZI mobile app if bookings are enabled. The admin can also create bookings manually from the Hall view.
What happens to a booking if the client doesn't show up?
The booking stays until the admin cancels it or until the booking window expires (configurable). The PC shows as On hold until then.
Can I book a specific PC or just a zone?
Both options are available. Zone booking assigns any available PC in that zone when the client arrives. Specific PC booking reserves a named device.
Is a deposit required for bookings?
Configurable. You can require a deposit (deducted from balance on booking) or allow free reservations. Set in Settings → Bookings.
