Q: How do you get payment documents for accounting?

Q: How does the subscription work with multiple clubs?

A: IZI manages PCs (Windows), gaming consoles and zones with hourly pricing. Devices are grouped into zones — PC zone, console zone, VR zone. Each zone has rates assigned.

A: Yes. The IZI web interface is accessible from any device with a browser — you can view analytics, current hall utilisation and financial metrics in real time. For operational session management, staff use the full CRM.

A: In the Rates section, create multiple rate items with different prices. In each rate’s settings, configure an active schedule — e.g. 10:00–22:00 and 22:00–10:00. The CRM automatically applies the correct rate depending on session start time.

A: Primary identifier — phone number. On registration, the client gets a personal account in the IZI mobile app. Without a phone number — the client goes through as a guest (one-time) session without profile attachment.

A: IZI’s bonus engine works on rules: you set the event (top-up, session end, bar purchase), condition (minimum amount, client segment) and accrual size. When conditions are met, bonuses are automatically credited to the client’s bonus account.
