Transfer Session Between PCs in IZI: Step-by-Step Guide
Section titled “Transfer Session Between PCs in IZI: Step-by-Step Guide”Session transfer moves a client from one PC to another without stopping the timer or recreating the session. The client continues playing, session data is preserved.
When a Transfer Is Needed
Section titled “When a Transfer Is Needed”Technical failure. The PC froze, overheated, or a hardware issue was found. Move the client to a free PC without losing paid time.
Client request. The client wants to sit closer to a friend, or the selected PC is unsatisfactory (monitor, chair, lighting).
Zone switch. A VIP zone PC opened up and the client wants to move — or conversely, a VIP slot needs to be freed for another guest with an upgrade.
Maintenance. Work needs to be done on a specific PC without interrupting the client’s session.
What Is Preserved During Transfer

Transfer to a Zone with a Different Price
Section titled “Transfer to a Zone with a Different Price”When transferring from a standard zone to VIP (or vice versa), the system recalculates remaining time based on the new zone’s tariff:
- Transfer to a more expensive zone: additional cost difference may be deducted from the client’s balance
- Transfer to a cheaper zone: remaining time increases proportionally
Final terms are visible before confirming — make sure the client agrees with the recalculation before clicking confirm.
When Transfer Is Not Available
Section titled “When Transfer Is Not Available”- The target PC has another active session
- The target PC is offline or the agent is not connected
- The tariff does not support the target PC’s zone
- The current session has already ended or been cancelled
In these cases, the system will not allow selecting an unavailable PC as a target.

Frequently asked questions
Does the timer pause during the transfer?
For the duration of the operation itself (a few seconds) the timer may be paused. After confirming the transfer, time continues from the same point — no gaming time is lost.
What is preserved during a session transfer?
Preserved: tariff, remaining time, client link, session transaction history. Not preserved: in-game progress — if the game does not sync data through cloud or network storage.
Can a session be transferred to a different zone (Standard → VIP)?
Yes, but the cost of remaining time may be recalculated based on the new zone's tariff. The system will show the final terms before confirming the transfer.
Can a session be transferred to a PC at another club in the network?
No. Transfer works within one club only. For another club, the session ends and a new one is created.
What to do if the target PC shows as unavailable?
The target PC must be free (green) and online. If the PC has another active session, is offline, or is in IZI Boot recovery mode — transfer to it is not available.
