Not just a price tag — a complete set of conditions: who it’s sold to, when, at what price in each hall zone, what happens to the remainder on early exit, and how much can be paid from the bonus balance. Configure once — the system works automatically without cashier intervention. IZI has four base tariff types: hourly (session payment), multipass (prepaid hour package), subscriptions (monthly/quarterly package or unlimited in a window), and group (for events). Understanding the difference is the first step to building a pricing grid that works for your revenue.
Important: tariffs in IZI are gaming time only (PC, PS, multipass). Drinks, food, merch, services — these are products in a separate CRM section. Don’t confuse them: they flow through different channels in reports and analytics.
Hourly tariff: the foundation of the grid
Section titled “Hourly tariff: the foundation of the grid”Hourly is the most common type. The player selects a package by hours (1h, 2h, 3h), pays a fixed amount, and the session runs on a timer. When time expires — the session ends or extends via auto-renewal if the client has a next tariff on their balance.
What’s configured:
- Name and group — how the tariff appears at the register. Grouping separates day tariffs from night ones in the cashier interface.
- Price. Flat or by zone — VIP zone has its own rate, Standard has its own.
- Expiration condition. For hourly: “X hours of gaming time” or “X hours from purchase” — or a combination.
- Refund policy. On early exit: keep unused time, burn it, or return to bonus balance.
- Maximum bonus percentage — what portion of the price can be paid from the bonus account. Typically 25–40% to protect real revenue.
When to use hourly: the primary product for all client categories — new, infrequent, occasional. This tariff generates the average session length data that later feeds into the pricing of all other types.

Multipass: prepaid hour package
Section titled “Multipass: prepaid hour package”Multipass is a package tariff paid upfront. The player pays for 10, 20, or 40 hours at a discount to the hourly rate. Key difference from hourly: money hits the register now, gaming time is spent across future visits.
Why this matters for the club:
- Revenue reaches you at the moment of sale, not spread across future visits.
- While the package is active, the client returns to you, not a competitor.
- Multipass buyers are the most predictable segment by visit frequency and the most valuable for LTV analytics.
Setup specifics:
- Expiration condition — a combination of two rules: “X hours of use” + “X days from purchase.” Hours only — the package sits indefinitely, an open-ended club liability. Days only — clients with large packages don’t finish in time, leading to frustration. The combination provides a volume discount and a gentle incentive to visit regularly.
- Package size is built from average session length (how to measure): small = avg session × 3–5, medium = × 8–12, large = × 20–25.

When to use multipass: for retaining the mid-segment (clients with 2–8 visits per month). Works best combined with top-up bonuses — a top-up bonus for multipass with an elevated rate incentivizes switching from hourly to packages.
Subscription: monthly package or unlimited in a window

Package subscription — a fixed hour volume (e.g. 50h per month). The client pays a fixed monthly amount and spends hours any time. Works like a multipass but with a hard period tie.

Unlimited subscription in a window — the client pays for a time window (night, morning, daytime weekday hours) and plays without limits during those hours. Expiration is by schedule, not by volume.
When to use:
- Night unlimited — the classic unlimited subscription. Sold in a narrow time window (22:00–08:00), fills low-load hours, attracts a segment that won’t buy hourly.
- Monthly package — for regulars with high frequency (3+ visits per week). Delivers predictable monthly revenue from the top segment.
- Morning / daytime unlimited — for clubs with low daytime utilization on weekdays. Priced below evening; audience is students, freelancers.

Group tariff: events, tournaments, birthdays
Section titled “Group tariff: events, tournaments, birthdays”A group tariff differs from all others: payment is for an event, not per hour or hour package. This is zone or PC set rental for a specific time slot, often with additional services.

Expand the grid from actual sales data: if 60–70% of purchases are one tariff, look at what package logically complements it. Adding tariffs “just in case” is counterproductive — a cluttered register confuses cashiers, and there’s not enough data per item to make decisions.

How is a tariff in IZI different from a simple hourly rate?
A tariff is a set of rules: who it's sold to, when, at what price depending on zone, what happens to the remainder when a client leaves early, and how much can be paid with bonuses. One tariff replaces manual administrator work across all these touchpoints.
How many tariffs do I need at launch?
Minimum three: a daytime hourly, a night unlimited, and one multipass. This set covers the main scenarios and immediately gives data for expanding the pricing grid.
Can one tariff be used in multiple zones with different prices?
Yes. The 'Zone pricing' feature lets you set different costs for Standard, Pro, and VIP zones within one tariff. One tariff at the register — different rates depending on where the client sits.
What to choose: multipass or subscription?
Multipass = hour package (10, 20, 40h) — good for clients with variable visit frequency. How do I restrict a night tariff to night hours only?

Can I block bonus payments for a tariff?
Yes. The 'Maximum bonus percentage' field in the tariff card ranges from 0 to 100%. Set 0 — the tariff only sells for real money.
