Automation Overview
Section titled “Automation Overview”IZI runs several processes automatically once configured — reducing the manual work of loyalty management, player communication, and system maintenance.
What IZI automates
Section titled “What IZI automates”Bonus engine — accrues loyalty bonuses on triggers (top-up, visit, birthday, referral) without any manual action per client. Configure rules once, they run indefinitely. See bonus engine overview.
Push notifications — session ending, low balance, booking reminders, bonus credited. Sent automatically based on events. See app push notifications.
IZI Boot updates — the PC agent updates itself automatically on reboot. No manual patching needed across the hall. See IZI Boot overview.
Session expiry and PC lock — when a tariff timer hits zero, IZI Boot locks the PC automatically. No admin action required for normal session endings.
Low-stock alerts — warehouse items below their minimum threshold are flagged automatically. See warehouse overview.

What processes run automatically in IZI without admin action?
Bonus accrual rules, push notifications to players, session expiry and PC lock, IZI Boot agent updates, and low-stock alerts all run automatically once configured.
Is there workflow automation (if-then rules) in IZI?
Bonus rules are the primary if-then mechanism: if event X happens, accrue bonus Y to the client. More complex workflow automation is not available in the standard platform.
