Move a Player to Another PC
Move a Player to Another PC Without Losing Session Time
Section titled “Move a Player to Another PC Without Losing Session Time”When a workstation freezes, needs maintenance, or a player simply wants to change seats, you can transfer their active session to any free PC in the hall — remaining time is preserved in full. The move takes four clicks and does not interrupt the player’s billing.
Why This Matters for Club Operations
Section titled “Why This Matters for Club Operations”From a business standpoint, session transfers protect revenue: you never have to refund or manually adjust time when a technical problem forces a seat change. From an admin standpoint, the transfer keeps the Hall view accurate — the original device is immediately freed and the new one shows the session as active.
Staff can perform the transfer without asking the player to log out, restart a tariff, or interact with the screen in any way. The handover is invisible to the guest.
Step 1 — Open the Session Card
Section titled “Step 1 — Open the Session Card”In the Hall section, click the Active block on the workstation you want to vacate. The Session panel opens on the right side of the screen.
Step 2 — Initiate the Transfer
Section titled “Step 2 — Initiate the Transfer”Click Move to Another PC. A list of available workstations appears. Occupied or offline devices are greyed out and cannot be selected.
Step 3 — Select the Target Workstation
Section titled “Step 3 — Select the Target Workstation”Choose any free PC from the list. If the workstation you want is occupied, you must wait for it to become available before completing the transfer.
Step 4 — Confirm
Section titled “Step 4 — Confirm”Confirm the transfer. The session continues on the new workstation with the same remaining time. The original PC is released and immediately becomes available for the next player.
Result: the player is seated at the new PC; the original workstation is free and ready for a new session.

|---|---|
| Target PC is not free | Pick a different available workstation or wait for one to become free |

Tips for Faster Transfers
Section titled “Tips for Faster Transfers”- Keep at least one PC in the hall free during peak hours so transfers can happen instantly without waiting.
- Use the Hall view’s status indicators to spot available workstations at a glance before opening the session card.
- If a machine crashes repeatedly, mark it as under maintenance after the transfer to prevent new sessions from starting on it.

Does the remaining session time carry over when I move a player?
Yes. IZI transfers the remaining time in full to the new workstation. The session continues exactly where it left off.
What if the target PC is already occupied?
The target workstation must be free. Choose a different available device or wait until one is released, then complete the transfer.
What if the remaining time does not appear on the new PC?
Check the session history for both the original and the target workstation. If the discrepancy persists, contact IZI support.
Can I transfer a session to an offline or locked workstation?
No. Only workstations that appear as available in the Hall view can be selected as the transfer target.
