Using a One-Time Guest Account

To seat a guest who does not want to register, select Unknown Guest as the client in the booking dialog — this is a built-in anonymous account available in every IZI CRM installation. No phone number, email, or ID is required at any point. The staff member opens Hall, clicks Book a Session, picks Unknown Guest from the client field, chooses an available PC, applies a tariff, and completes payment — the whole flow takes under a minute. The session then starts immediately (Play Now) or sits in Waiting status until the scheduled time (Select Time). Unknown Guest sessions are tracked in the hall grid and in reports just like any registered-client session, so revenue and device utilization data remain complete.

When to use this flow: choose Unknown Guest any time a walk-in visitor declines to create an account or you simply need to get them on a PC quickly. For guests with accounts, use Start Session for Player instead.


In the Hall section, click Book a Session.

Choose Play Now (the session starts immediately) or Select Time (advance booking). If you choose Select Time, fill in the Start Date and Start Time fields.

Step 3 — Select the client — Unknown Guest

Open the Client* field and select Unknown Guest from the list.

Open the Device* field and choose an available PC.

Click Select Tariff and Duration. On the Tariffs tab, pick the applicable tariff, set the play duration, and click Add.

Review the cart and click Proceed to Payment. Enter the amount and click Card or Cash to complete the transaction.

Result: for Play Now, the session starts immediately. For Select Time, the booking remains in Waiting status until the scheduled start time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to collect any personal data to use the Unknown Guest account?

No. The Unknown Guest account is fully anonymous — no name, phone number, or email is required. The session starts or gets booked without any registration step.

Can I book a future session for an Unknown Guest?

Yes. In step 2, choose Select Time and fill in the start date and time. The booking will sit in Waiting status until the scheduled moment.

What happens if no devices are available?

Pick a different PC or use Select Time to schedule the session for a future slot when a device will be free.

Can I convert an Unknown Guest session to a registered client later?

Not directly inside the same session. If the guest decides to register, create a new booking under their registered account going forward.
