Admin Training Checklist

Use this checklist to verify a new admin is ready to work independently before their first solo shift. Each item should be demonstrated, not just discussed.

  • Can log in to IZI CRM
  • Knows how to switch between clubs (if multi-club)
  • Can navigate to: Hall, Clients, Shifts, Analytics, Settings
  • Opens a shift with the correct opening balance
  • Generates an X-report mid-shift
  • Closes a shift and reads the Z-report
  • Knows what to do if cash count doesn’t match
  • Starts a session on a specific device with a selected tariff
  • Extends a running session
  • Transfers a session to a different device
  • Ends a session manually (and knows when refund policy applies)
  • Places a device on hold and removes hold
  • Identifies and responds to a PC showing as offline
  • Registers a new client with phone number
  • Looks up an existing client
  • Tops up a client’s balance (cash and card)
  • Applies a discount (and knows the authorization threshold)
  • Views a client’s session history
  • Takes a bar order and attaches it to a session
  • Processes payment for a bar item
  • Processes cash payment and enters correct amount in CRM
  • Processes card payment
  • Records a cash expense (e.g. cleaning supplies)
  • Counts the drawer and reconciles with CRM total
  • Knows how to force-end a stuck session
  • Knows who to call for hardware issues
  • Knows the escalation path for client disputes
